What are your office hours?

We offer extended hours and Saturday appointment. We work on a two weeks rotation.

Wed - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thurs - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sat - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, new patients & emergencies are always welcomed. We look forward to helping you and your family preserve a lifetime of healthy teeth and beautiful smiles.

What are your fees?

Our fees are based on the New Brunswick Dental Fee Guide for general dentist. Most dentist use this fee guide. We do charge an extra fee for use of our CO2 laser when performing tongue & lips frenectomies.

Do you accept insurance direct bills?

We do bill directly to the insurance companies if your policy allows. The office collects your co-payment at the time of your appointment.

Are their payment plan options?

In certain situations financial arrangements can be made with our office administrator.

What happens if I have an emergency after hours?

Dr. Lamont gives her home phone number to all of her patients. When she is out of the province, she has another colleague accept our emergencies.

What happens if I can't make an appointment?

The office required 48 hours to reschedule an appointment or a small fee may be charged. Emergencies and illness can quickly occur, we understand, so the sooner you let us know the fast we can accommodate your request.

What age should my child have their first appointment?

Dr. Lamont will exam children as early as 6 days for tongue-tie releases. All children should have their initial visit by age one. At that appointment, she will examine their oral cavity for decay and airway for possible future problems. You will be given instructions on how to care for your child’s teeth.

Do you fix crooked teeth?

Our office offers a system to fix crooked teeth by treating “the root cause” of what made your teeth crooked. We use a system that moves your teeth naturally without braces (if started early). Some skeletal conditions or age of patience may still require orthodontic brackets, but our system will keep them straight after they are straighten.

Do you extract teeth?

Dr. Lamont will extract some teeth. Complicated and wisdom teeth will be referred to one of her colleagues.

Do you offer cosmetic dentistry?

Yes, we can make your smile white and beautiful. Treatment could include bleaching; composite bonding, veneers and/or full crown & bridges. Ask one of our knowledgeable clinicians about these service.

Do you treat sleep-related conditions?

Yes, we have implemented a system that addresses the "root cause" of sleep related conditions; snoring, upper airway resistance and sleep apnea, Speak to one of our clinicians for more information on this increasing problem.
